RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At LVH Systems, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we are a small online retailer and some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, return eligibility and instructions must be confirmed before merchandise is sent back.
RETURN REQUEST WINDOW
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers must contact us within 10 calendar days after confirmed delivery to request a return.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Name used on the order
- Product you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise relevant to the request
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions from LVH Systems.
Depending on the product and fulfillment source, we may provide:
- A return shipping label;
- A return address and shipping instructions; or
- Another resolution when appropriate.
Products returned to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN CONDITION
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned merchandise generally must be:
- Unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received;
- Complete with included parts and accessories; and
- Returned with original packaging when reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund when merchandise is returned used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, materially altered, or otherwise not in returnable condition, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate quickly.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and any relevant photographs until we provide instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns resulting from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item for which LVH Systems or its fulfillment provider is responsible, we may provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.
For discretionary returns, such as a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law. Any applicable return-shipping responsibility will be disclosed when the return is authorized.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene, safety, customization, clearance, final-sale, or other reasons permitted by law.
Any product-specific return restrictions will be identified on the applicable product page or communicated before the return is authorized.
REFUNDS
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a completed refund to your account.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
If the order has already shipped, the applicable return procedure will apply.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders that are refused, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, or otherwise deemed undeliverable may be subject to actual shipping or return costs where permitted by law.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product.
When an exchange is unavailable, we may process an eligible return and ask the customer to place a new order.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
